These Terms of Service govern your use of the MyAttire app, operated by MYATTIRE LTD (company number 17309043), registered in England and Wales. By using MyAttire, you agree to these terms.
MyAttire provides an AI-powered virtual try-on service that allows you to see how clothing items look on a photo of yourself. The service is available on a subscription basis, with optional credit top-ups for additional try-ons.
Virtual try-on results are generated by AI and are intended as a visual guide only. Results may not perfectly reflect how a garment will look in real life. MyAttire does not guarantee the accuracy of any try-on result.
Subscriptions. MyAttire is available on a Weekly (£4.99/week) or Monthly (£14.99/month) subscription. Both plans include a 3-day free trial with 3 styling credits. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Styling credits. Each subscription includes a set number of styling credits per period (12 per week, 32 per month). One credit is consumed per clothing item applied in a virtual try-on. A multi-item outfit try-on consumes one credit per item. Credits reset at the start of each billing period and do not carry over.
Credit top-ups. Additional styling credits can be purchased as one-time in-app purchases: Quick Top-Up (5 credits, £2.99), Style Pack (12 credits, £5.99), and Wardrobe Pack (25 credits, £11.99). Credit top-ups require an active subscription. Purchased credits never expire and do not reset.
Wardrobe storage. MyAttire Pro subscribers have unlimited wardrobe storage. Users without an active subscription may store up to 10 wardrobe items.
Managing subscriptions. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds. All purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's refund policy. MYATTIRE LTD does not issue refunds directly.
You retain ownership of all photos you provide to MyAttire. By using the virtual try-on feature, you grant MYATTIRE LTD a limited licence to process your photos solely for the purpose of generating your try-on results. We do not use your photos for any other purpose, including AI model training or advertising.
You must only upload photos of yourself or clothing items you have the right to use. You must not upload photos of other people without their consent.
You agree not to misuse the MyAttire service. Prohibited uses include attempting to reverse-engineer the app, using automated tools to generate excessive try-on requests, uploading illegal or harmful content, or attempting to circumvent the subscription or credit system.
We aim to keep MyAttire available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, modify, or temporarily suspend the service for maintenance or improvements. We will provide reasonable notice of any significant changes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MYATTIRE LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may stop using MyAttire at any time and delete your account from within the app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
