MyAttire is operated by MYATTIRE LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17309043). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use the MyAttire app.
Photos you provide. To use the virtual try-on feature, you provide a photo of yourself and photos of clothing items. These images are processed by our AI try-on service (FASHN) solely to generate your try-on result. We do not sell, share, or use your photos for any other purpose.
Your name. If you choose to provide your name during onboarding, we use it only to personalise your in-app experience. It is not shared with third parties.
Usage data. We collect anonymous usage information (such as feature usage and session data) to improve the app. This data cannot be used to identify you personally.
Account data. If you sign in with Apple, we receive only the information Apple provides (typically an anonymised identifier and, optionally, your name and email address if you choose to share them).
Purchase data. Subscription and credit purchases are processed by Apple. We receive confirmation of purchase status through RevenueCat. We do not receive or store your payment card details.
We use your data to provide and improve the MyAttire virtual try-on service, personalise your in-app experience, process subscription and credit purchases, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not use your photos to train AI models, sell your data to advertisers, or share your personal information with third parties except as described in this policy.
MyAttire uses the following third-party services to operate:
FASHN AI — processes your photos to generate virtual try-on results. Images are transmitted securely and are not retained by FASHN beyond what is necessary to generate your result.
Supabase — stores your wardrobe items and account data securely on servers located in the European Union.
RevenueCat — manages subscription and purchase verification. RevenueCat receives an anonymised user identifier and purchase confirmation data.
Anthropic Claude — analyses garment photos to extract style information (category, colour, fit). Only garment images are processed, never your personal photos.
Your wardrobe photos and account data are retained for as long as you maintain an account with MyAttire. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Profile screen within the app. Upon deletion, your data is permanently removed from our systems.
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can delete your account and all data directly within the app. For any other requests, contact us at the address below.
MyAttire is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes through the app. Continued use of MyAttire after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
