MyAttire is operated by MYATTIRE LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17309043), with registered office at 4 Falconers Square, Scarborough, YO11 2EJ. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) as a data controller.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect your personal data when you use the MyAttire app, and sets out your rights under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

1. What we collect and why

Photos you provide. To use the virtual try-on feature, you provide a photo of yourself and photos or images of clothing items. We process these images to generate your try-on result. Legal basis: performance of our contract with you (Article 6(1)(b) UK GDPR).

Your name. If you choose to provide your name during onboarding, we use it only to personalise your in-app experience. Legal basis: performance of contract.

Usage data. We collect anonymous usage information (such as feature usage and session data) to improve the app. This data cannot identify you personally. Legal basis: our legitimate interests in improving the service (Article 6(1)(f)).

Account data. If you sign in with Apple, we receive only the information Apple provides — typically an anonymised identifier and, optionally, your name and email address. Legal basis: performance of contract.

Purchase data. Subscription and credit purchases are processed by Apple. We receive confirmation of purchase status through RevenueCat. We do not receive or store your payment card details. Legal basis: performance of contract.

2. How we use your data

We use your data to provide and improve the MyAttire virtual try-on service, personalise your in-app experience, process subscription and credit purchases, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not use your photos to train AI models. We do not sell your data to advertisers. We do not share your personal information with third parties except as described in this policy.

3. Third-party processors

MyAttire uses the following third-party services. Each acts as a data processor on our behalf and is bound by a Data Processing Agreement:

• FASHN LTD (UK company, registered England and Wales) — processes your clothing images to generate virtual try-on results. Images are transmitted securely. FASHN does not retain your images beyond the time necessary to generate your result.
• Supabase — stores your wardrobe items and account data on servers located in the European Union (Ireland, eu-west-1 region). Supabase acts as our processor under a signed DPA incorporating Standard Contractual Clauses.
• RevenueCat — manages subscription and purchase verification. RevenueCat receives an anonymised user identifier and purchase confirmation data.
• Anthropic (Claude) — analyses garment photos to extract style information (category, colour, fit). Only garment images are sent, never your personal photos. Anthropic is based in the United States. The transfer is protected by Standard Contractual Clauses under the UK International Data Transfer Agreement.

4. International transfers

Most of your data is stored in the EU (Ireland). Where data is transferred to the United States (Anthropic), the transfer is protected by the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) and Standard Contractual Clauses. You may request a copy of the transfer safeguards by contacting us.

5. Data retention

Your wardrobe photos and account data are retained for as long as you maintain an account with MyAttire. Try-on result images processed by our AI provider are automatically deleted within 3 days of generation. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Profile screen in the app. Upon deletion, your data is permanently removed from our active systems within 30 days. Backup copies may persist for up to 90 days before permanent deletion.

6. Your rights under UK GDPR

You have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of your personal data
• Rectification — correct inaccurate data
• Erasure — delete your account and data (available directly in the app)
• Portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format
• Object — object to processing based on legitimate interests
• Restriction — request restriction of processing in certain circumstances

To exercise any right, contact us at support@myattire.app. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can make a complaint to us at support@myattire.app. We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days.

8. Children

MyAttire is not directed at children under 18. We apply high-privacy defaults for all users in accordance with the ICO's Age Appropriate Design Code. If you are under 18, please ensure a parent or guardian has reviewed this policy. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

9. Security

We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your data in transit and at rest. All communications between the app and our servers use HTTPS encryption. Access to personal data is restricted to authorised personnel only.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes through the app. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated. Continued use of MyAttire after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
