These Terms of Use govern your use of the MyAttire mobile application operated by MyAttire Ltd. By downloading or using MyAttire you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree do not use the app.

1. About MyAttire

MyAttire is a virtual try-on and personal style application that allows users to see themselves wearing clothing items using AI technology. The app also provides colour season analysis and personalised style recommendations.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use MyAttire. By using the app you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18 you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

3. Account Registration

You may sign in using Apple Sign In or Google Sign In. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

MyAttire offers auto-renewable subscriptions:

• Weekly — £2.49 per week after a 3-day free trial
• Monthly — £6.99 per month
• Yearly — £39.99 per year

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time in your iPhone Settings under your Apple ID.

5. Free Trial

New users may be eligible for a free trial period. The free trial automatically converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. Only one free trial per user.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload photos of other people without their consent
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer hack or disrupt the app
• Use automated tools to make excessive requests
• Share sell or transfer your account to another person
• Upload content that is offensive harmful or inappropriate

7. Your Content

You retain ownership of photos and content you upload to MyAttire. By uploading content you grant us a limited licence to process and store it solely for the purpose of providing the app's features to you. We do not claim ownership of your photos or use them for any other purpose.

8. AI Generated Results

The virtual try-on results are generated by AI and are intended as a visual guide only. Results may not perfectly represent how clothing will actually look or fit in real life. MyAttire makes no guarantees about the accuracy of virtual try-on results.

9. Intellectual Property

The MyAttire app including its design logo features and content is owned by MyAttire Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy modify or distribute any part of the app without our written permission.

10. Disclaimers

MyAttire is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that the app will be available at all times or free from errors. Style recommendations are provided for informational purposes only and are not professional fashion advice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law MyAttire Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the app settings. Upon termination your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
