MyAttire Ltd ("we", "us" or "our") operates the MyAttire mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your information when you use our app. By using MyAttire you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following information when you use MyAttire:

• Account information — your name and email address when you create an account via Apple Sign In or Google Sign In
• Personal characteristics — height, weight, body shape, gender, skin tone, hair colour and eye colour collected during the style quiz to provide personalised recommendations
• Photos — photos you upload of yourself (model photo) and photos of your clothing items for the virtual try-on feature
• Style preferences — your colour season, style preferences and wardrobe items
• Usage data — how you interact with the app including features used and session duration
• Device information — device type, operating system version and app version

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide the virtual try-on feature using your photos and clothing images
• To calculate your colour season and provide personalised style recommendations
• To save your wardrobe, saved looks and outfit calendar
• To manage your subscription and Attire Coins balance
• To improve and develop the app
• To provide customer support

3. Third Party Services

MyAttire uses the following third party services to operate. Each has its own privacy policy:

• Anthropic Claude — AI analysis for style recommendations and garment identification. Privacy policy at anthropic.com/privacy
• fal.ai — Virtual try-on image generation using FASHN AI and Kling AI models. Privacy policy at fal.ai/privacy

4. Photos and Images

Photos you upload are processed by our virtual try-on AI services (fal.ai) to generate outfit visualisations. Your photos are stored securely and are only accessible to you. We do not sell, share or use your photos for any purpose other than providing the virtual try-on feature.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database provider. We implement industry standard security measures including encrypted connections, row level security and secure authentication. Only you can access your personal data.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account all your personal data including photos, wardrobe items, saved looks and profile information is permanently deleted within 30 days.

7. Your Rights Under UK GDPR

If you are based in the United Kingdom or European Union you have the following rights:

• Right of access — you can request a copy of your personal data
• Right to rectification — you can correct inaccurate data
• Right to erasure — you can delete your account and all associated data from within the app
• Right to data portability — you can request your data in a portable format
• Right to object — you can object to processing of your personal data

8. Children's Privacy

MyAttire is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent and believe your child has provided personal information please contact us and we will delete it immediately.

9. Payments

All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect, store or have access to your payment card details. For information about how Apple handles payment data please see apple.com/privacy.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this document. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
